For the dough:
500g of flour, half a pound or wrapper, 250ml milk, 2 eggs, a tablespoon of cocoa, and a tablespoon of sugar.
Mix the milk with flour, cocoa and sugar and finally add the eggs. Bake them in a saucepan until you use all the dough.
For the filling:
200g of fruits (by your choice), 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 150 ml of cream chocolate for garnish.
Mix the cream and spread onto the pancakes. Put on the fruits, fold the pancakes and sprinkle on top with grated chocolate.
